Apple Watch Requirements
To participate in this study using your own watch, you must have an Apple Watch Series 8 or later, operating watchOS 11 or newer
How to Check Your Apple Watch Model
- Open the Watch app on your iPhone
- Tap the My Watch tab
- Tap General
- Tap About
- Tap the Model Number field to see a five-digit number starting with "A"
- Compare your model number to the list of Apple Watch models found here ↗
- If your Apple Watch is included in the following list, you may use it to participate in the study as long as it is updated to watch OS 11 or newer
